Manajemen Pendidikan Agama Kristen di Era Algoritma: Integrasi Kecerdasan Buatan, Budaya Lokal, dan Spiritualitas dalam Konteks Indonesia
Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi algoritmik dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) membawa dampak signifikan terhadap lanskap pendidikan global, termasuk Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) di Indonesia. Transformasi digital ini tidak hanya membuka peluang baru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran, tetapi juga menimbulkan tantangan serius terkait kontinuitas nilai budaya lokal dan integritas spiritualitas Kristen. Artikel ini bertujuan merumuskan kerangka konseptual manajemen PAK yang mampu mengintegrasikan kemajuan teknologi dengan identitas teologis dan kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur sistematis terhadap kebijakan pendidikan, karya teologis, dan laporan institusional. Hasil kajian menekankan tiga dimensi strategis dalam manajemen PAK di era algoritma: (1) adaptasi pedagogi berbasis AI yang tetap responsif terhadap nilai budaya lokal, (2) digitalisasi kurikulum teologi yang memelihara spiritualitas dan narasi iman, serta (3) pembentukan komunitas belajar virtual lintas generasi sebagai ruang interaksi iman yang kontekstual. Lebih jauh, keberhasilan manajemen PAK ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan transformatif yang berlandaskan nilai iman, partisipasi komunitas lokal dalam perumusan kebijakan digital, serta penguatan literasi algoritmik yang berakar pada teologi Kristen. Artikel ini merekomendasikan pembentukan komite etika digital di lembaga pendidikan Kristen untuk menjaga integritas iman dan budaya dalam integrasi teknologi, serta pengembangan kurikulum digital kontekstual yang menanamkan spiritualitas ekologis, etika digital, dan kesadaran budaya. Dengan demikian, PAK dapat berfungsi sebagai agen transformasi yang relevan, profetis, dan transformatif di era kecerdasan buatan.
