References Management

Authors in the Regula Fidei Journal are required to manage references systematically and accurately. All sources used in the manuscript must be listed in the bibliography and/or footnotes according to the journal citation format.

Key guidelines:

  1. Use 80% primary sources relevant to the research topic and up-to-date.

  2. Primary sources include national or international scientific journal articles, dissertations, theses, and final projects (skripsi).

  3. Secondary sources may include textbooks, proceedings, or seminar/workshop papers.

  4. All in-text citations must be consistent with the bibliography.

  5. Author names, titles, publication years, and publishers should follow proper academic standards.

  6. Capitalization should be correct for the names of God, sacred texts, and important theological terms.

  7. Avoid using uncommon abbreviations in footnotes; use shortened author names and titles where necessary.

Proper references management will facilitate reviewers, editors, and readers in tracing sources and enhance the manuscript’s credibility.
