References Management
Authors in the Regula Fidei Journal are required to manage references systematically and accurately. All sources used in the manuscript must be listed in the bibliography and/or footnotes according to the journal citation format.
Key guidelines:
-
Use 80% primary sources relevant to the research topic and up-to-date.
-
Primary sources include national or international scientific journal articles, dissertations, theses, and final projects (skripsi).
-
Secondary sources may include textbooks, proceedings, or seminar/workshop papers.
-
All in-text citations must be consistent with the bibliography.
-
Author names, titles, publication years, and publishers should follow proper academic standards.
-
Capitalization should be correct for the names of God, sacred texts, and important theological terms.
-
Avoid using uncommon abbreviations in footnotes; use shortened author names and titles where necessary.
Proper references management will facilitate reviewers, editors, and readers in tracing sources and enhance the manuscript’s credibility.
