Model Kepemimpinan Pelayan di Era Postmodern sebagai Dasar Pengembangan Pendidikan Kristen: Tinjauan Teologi Praktika atas Markus 10:42–45 dan Yohanes 13:1–17

Era postmodern menuntut paradigma kepemimpinan yang adaptif, transformatif, dan berfokus pada pelayanan. Artikel ini mengkaji Model Kepemimpinan Pelayan sebagai dasar pengembangan pendidikan Kristen, dengan tinjauan teologi praktika berbasis Markus 10:42–45 dan Yohanes 13:1–17. Pendekatan ini menekankan prinsip kepemimpinan yang melayani, mengutamakan kerendahan hati, empati, dan komitmen terhadap kesejahteraan komunitas. Kajian teologis mengidentifikasi bahwa teladan Yesus dalam melayani menjadi landasan normatif bagi praktik kepemimpinan Kristen, yang selanjutnya dapat diintegrasikan dalam konteks pendidikan untuk membentuk karakter, etika, dan kemampuan kepemimpinan mahasiswa. Artikel ini menyoroti bagaimana kepemimpinan pelayan dapat mendorong pendidikan Kristen yang holistik, partisipatif, dan kontekstual, sekaligus relevan dengan tantangan budaya postmodern, seperti individualisme, pluralitas nilai, dan disrupsi informasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model ini tidak hanya memperkuat kualitas pembelajaran dan interaksi akademik, tetapi juga membentuk generasi pendidik dan pemimpin Kristen yang berorientasi pada pelayanan, integritas, dan transformasi sosial. Dengan demikian, model kepemimpinan pelayan menjadi paradigma strategis untuk pendidikan Kristen yang responsif, transformatif, dan berakar pada prinsip teologis yang kuat.
