This study reconstructs the philosophy of leadership within the framework of Pentecostal leadership by integrating ethical, ontological, and epistemological dimensions in contemporary theological discourse. It arises from the gap between the strong emphasis on praxis and experiential spirituality in Pentecostalism and the limited development of systematic philosophical reflection in leadership studies.Using a qualitative approach through literature review, this study examines the ethical, ontological, and epistemological foundations of Christian leadership in relation to the charismatic, relational, and pneumatological characteristics of Pentecostal leadership. The findings demonstrate that Pentecostal leadership cannot be reduced to charismatic practices or managerial approaches alone; rather, it should be understood as a theological–philosophical praxis that integrates spiritual experience, critical theological reflection, and ethical responsibility within the faith community.
