Conflict of Interest
Conflict of Interest
Promoting transparency, impartiality, and fairness in scholarly publishing.
Regula Fidei requires authors, editors, and reviewers to disclose conflicts of interest that may influence, or be perceived to influence, the objectivity of research, peer review, and editorial decisions.
Types of Conflicts of Interest
Conflicts of interest may arise from financial, professional, institutional, academic, or personal relationships or interests that could affect, or appear to affect, objectivity and impartiality.
Responsibilities of Authors
Authors must disclose relevant conflicts of interest when submitting their manuscripts. If no conflicts exist, authors should explicitly state that there are no conflicts of interest to disclose.
Responsibilities of Editors and Reviewers
Editors and reviewers must disclose potential conflicts of interest and refrain from handling or evaluating manuscripts when their independence or impartiality may be compromised.
Editorial Management
The editorial team will take appropriate measures to ensure that the editorial process remains fair, independent, and objective. The disclosure of a conflict of interest does not automatically result in manuscript rejection.
Our Commitment
Regula Fidei is committed to handling potential conflicts of interest transparently and responsibly to protect the integrity and credibility of its scholarly publishing process.
